Step 1: Start with dry hair.

Step 2: Shake your CLOUD NINE Magical Quick Dry Potion heat protector spray to activate the lightweight conditioners, then spritz your hair to provide heat protection.

Step 3: Section your hair and secure it with CLOUD NINE Croc Clips.

Step 4: Touch the plates of your CLOUD NINE Touch Iron together once to turn it on. Tap twice to select 165°C or three times to select 195°C. Style at lower temperatures for optimum hair health. Use the Temperature Calculator to discover the best heat setting for your straighteners.

Step 5: Smooth the Touch Iron through each section of your hair from root to tip. Our plates are infused with minerals that work miracles. Sericite and Tourmaline help to seal the cuticle and lock in moisture for shinier hair.

How should I store my Touch Iron?

Store The Touch Iron straightener with care to maximise its lifespan:

• Try not to tightly wrap the cable around your iron. Instead, gently loop it in the carry case. This greatly reduces the chances of wearing the inner wire. 

• Protect your Touch hair straightener from scratches and chips by keeping the plug and plates apart. 

• Only put The Touch Iron away when it has fully cooled down after use.

It’s important to note that plate and inner wire damage is not covered under warranty, so care of these parts of your straightening iron is especially important.

Can the Airshot be used worldwide?
If you want to use a CLOUD NINE product internationally, simply use a UK to EU or US plug adaptor. All our heated styling tools work at standard UK voltage (220v – 240v), which means performance can be affected in countries that use different voltage levels. To maximise your chances of styling on the go, we recommend checking your destination’s voltage before you make your trip.
