All orders must be placed before Monday 23rd December by 8pm for guaranteed Next Day Delivery. 

All orders must be placed before Wednesday 18th December by 8pm for orders under £60 with Standard Delivery (3-4 business days).

Any orders placed on or after Tuesday 24th December will not be dispatched until on or after Friday 27th December.

All orders for personalised tools must be placed before 3pm Monday 16th December.

Mainland UK Next Day Delivery is available on all orders over £60 at no charge.

All Next Business Day Delivery orders must be placed before 8.00pm, Monday - Friday, excluding English Bank Holidays. Orders placed before 8.00pm on Friday will be delivered on Saturday, orders placed after 8.00pm on Friday, throughout the weekend and until 8.00pm on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday. Delivery restrictions may apply for Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.*

Standard Delivery is free on all orders over £60 and orders typically arrive within 3-4 working days.

With DPD Click & Collect, if you’re not going to be at home for your delivery you can choose to have your order delivered to your nearest DPD Pickup point, where you can collect your order at your convenience. There are more than 6,500 locations to choose from and it's better for the environment! It’s a greener, more sustainable option and you’ll be contributing to reducing Co2 emissions from transportation.

How long will my parcel stay in the store?

Your parcel will stay in store for 7 days, it will then be returned to the sender if it’s not collected in that time.

What do you need for DPD Click & Collect?

You will need your Pickup pass which you will receive in an email.

How do I check my DPD collection?

You can track your DPD parcel online using your reference number or opt-in to receive emails or texts about a parcel's progress.

What do I do if I can't find my Pickup pass?

Your parcel number will be in the email/text that you received when the parcel was dispatched. Visit www.dpd.co.uk and enter your parcel number and your home postcode. From here you can click to download your Pickup pass.

Can someone else pick up my parcel for me?

Yes but they must have the Pickup pass and their own photo ID. They must also bring a copy or photo of the ID of the actual recipient so that they can check the name and details with what is on the parcel.

Unfortunately, we are unable to split orders therefore the full contents of the order will be shipped together. CLOUD NINE will update you by email should we have any further delay in getting your product to you. You will be notified once your products have been despatched and parcel tracking will be included.

Please allow 48 hours for delivery in Northern Ireland with postcodes BT.

Unfortunately, due to certain shipping regulations, we are unable to send any of our wet line products outside of the UK. In these instances, our Customer Experience Team will be in touch to let you know of the alternative product we will send out instead.
