What material is the Luxury Travel Bag made from?
The Luxury Travel Bag has transparent PVC panels so you can check what you’ve packed with just a glance. This material is wipe-clean so you never have to worry about product spills during transit.

Is the Luxury Travel Bag suitable for hand luggage?
The Luxury Travel Bag fits easily into a hand luggage-sized bag. Please note that most airports will require you to remove any liquids from the bag and place them in a clear plastic bag provided by staff at security.

Warranty

All CLOUD NINE products come with a standard warranty that lasts for one year. If you buy directly from our website, you'll automatically benefit from a three-year warranty on selected products*.

An issue within the warranty period? We'll repair or replace your product for free. For problems outside of warranty, contact our Customer Experience Team through our Help Centre for advice on the next steps. Please note that if you haven’t registered your Iron or Wand for an extended warranty, we can't honour the extended warranty.

*Excludes The Original Cordless Iron which has only a 1-year warranty and a 6-month warranty for the battery.
