What is a paddle brush used for?
A paddle brush is perfect for detangling and smoothing your hair, whether it's straight, wavy, or curly. Its wide, flat surface makes it the best type of brush for managing larger sections of hair and achieving a smooth finish. It's also handy for adding volume and shine.

What's the difference between a paddle brush and a dressing brush?
A paddle brush is designed for detangling and smoothing out larger sections of hair, making it great for everyday use. Whereas a dressing brush is typically used for more detailed styling or finishing a look, like dressing out curls or waves. It’s ideal for achieving a polished look.

Is a paddle brush for wet or dry hair?
Paddle brushes can be used on both wet and dry hair, but we recommend the CLOUD NINE Wet Hairbrush for dantangling wet hair to minimise breakage. For dry hair, the Luxury Paddle Brush is great for adding shine and finishing off your style.

All CLOUD NINE products come with a standard warranty that lasts for one year. If you buy directly from our website, you'll automatically benefit from a three-year warranty on selected products*.

For problems outside of warranty, contact our Customer Experience Team through our Help Centre for advice on the next steps. Please note that if you haven’t registered your Iron or Wand for an extended warranty, we can't honour the extended warranty.
