How can we help?

To qualify for next business day delivery, orders must be placed before 8pm, Monday to Friday.

Orders placed before 8pm on Friday will be delivered on Saturday.

For any orders placed after 8pm on Friday or over the weekend, delivery will take place on Tuesday.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a DPD tracking link with an estimated delivery time. Please keep in mind that delivery restrictions may apply to the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, and on English Bank Holidays.

Personalised (monogrammed) tools will be delivered within 3-5 working days when ordered before 3pm.

If your Cloud Nine product has developed a fault and is still within the warranty period, you can easily submit your warranty claim here.

Alternatively, if you would like to speak to a member of our friendly Customer Experience Team, please contact us on (+44) 1423 223327 or send us a message and someone from our team will get back to you within 48 hours.

All Cloud Nine tools come with a standard one-year warranty.

If you purchase your tool directly from our website, you'll automatically receive a three-year warranty on selected tools.

Please note, if your tool was purchased from one of our retail partners, you'll need to provide valid proof of purchase to activate the warranty.

Activate your warranty by heading to our registration page here to submit your details and receive confirmation of your warranty. Please note, only activated warranties can be honoured.

If you've received a tool as a gift (lucky you!) you can register it on our website here.

Simply tick the box for 'Did you receive your product as a gift?' to transfer the warranty to your Cloud Nine account.

Please note, if your tool was purchased from one of our retail partners, you'll need to provide valid proof of purchase to activate the warranty.

Please contact our Customer Experience Team via our Help Centre as quickly as possible so that they can assist you.

Please note that we take these matters seriously and investigations can take up to 6 working days to reach an outcome.

We cannot accept responsibility for items left with a neighbour or in a safe place e if the location is activated on your DPD account.

Once your warranty claim has been processed through our website, simply:
- Complete the returns form. This states your unique returns number along with the problem you are experiencing
- Package your faulty tool in sturdy packaging with the returns form included
- Attach the pre-paid postage label to the outside of your package
- Take your package to your local post office.

As soon as our Returns team receives and processes your tool, you will be notified via email.

We will repair or return your product within a maximum of 7 working days.

You will then receive another order confirmation to let you know your tool is on its way back to you.

Please note that wherever possible, we aim to replace items on a like-for-like basis. However, in some situations, suchas if your product was limited edition or has since been discontinued, we may no longer have the item in stock. In this instance, it might be that your replacement is a different coloured product or a similar model.
